How long does it take to make and ship a bag from your store?

Approximately 2.5 weeks at the max! Sometimes I have stock on hand, and it can be sooner.

How long does it take to upcycle a bag?

It depends on my current workload and waitlist. If you are looking for a fast turnaround, let me know!

What is your repair policy?

I do first-time repairs for free for the first year!

It is rare- do contact me if you need a repair after this time period, and I can repair your bag for a fee!
