BeAlice Return & Exchange Policy
At BeAlice, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your piece should be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
To start your return, simply reach out to us at hello@bealice.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
Damages or Issues
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our atelier, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right, swiftly.
Exchanges
The easiest way to get exactly what you want is to return your current item and, once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.

Final Sale Items
All sale items are final sale with no exceptions. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
