Shipping policy
Every BeAlice piece is crafted and handled with care, and your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days, unless it’s a pre-order or a custom creation in which case your shipping date will be noted on the product page.
Overnight orders placed on a Friday will arrive the next business day.
If anything unexpected arises, your dedicated Concierge Sales Associate will personally reach out to guide you through the process.
Delivery times are based on the courier service you select at checkout, ensuring your order arrives exactly how and when you want it.
